Service Delivery Policy
BrioSync is a digital, cloud-hosted service — delivered instantly online. No physical goods are shipped.
1. What you receive
BrioSync — a product of Oracon Global Private Limited (TF-38, The Index, Mahal Road, Sector 26, Pratap Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302017, India) — is a subscription to a cloud-hosted software platform accessed over the internet at app.briosync.com. There are no physical products, and nothing is shipped by courier or post.
2. When access is delivered
- On signup: your workspace is created and access is granted immediately, and a confirmation / set-password email is sent to your address within a few minutes.
- On payment / upgrade: paid features and increased limits are activated instantly once the payment is confirmed by our payment partner.
- Team members: invited users receive an email invitation and gain access as soon as they accept it.
3. Delivery confirmation
You will know delivery is complete when you can sign in at app.briosync.com and use the features included in your plan. Receipts and billing confirmations are emailed to your billing address.
4. Service availability
The service is available 24/7 over the internet, subject to scheduled maintenance and the uptime commitments of your plan. We will give advance notice of planned maintenance where practical.
5. If you can't access the service
If your workspace isn't accessible after signup or payment, please check your spam folder for the confirmation email, then contact us at hello@briosync.com. We aim to resolve access issues promptly.
