The best part of BrioSync? You don't implement it.
Every ERP promises transformation — after months of workshops, consultants and migration scripts. BrioSync's AI does the implementation itself: it learns your business, drafts your configuration, migrates your data with LiveShift AI — our agent-run migration engine — and tests the result. You review and approve. The whole ERP — 12 suites, 100+ modules, finance to supply chain to HR — live in days, not a year.
Why ERP go-lives take a year — and still hurt.
Traditional implementations aren't slow because the software is complex. They're slow because every step is a human project.
Discovery workshops
Weeks of interviews and whiteboards so consultants can learn what your team already knows about your own business.
A consultant army
Functional leads, technical leads, PMs and integrators — billed by the day, for months, before a single user logs in.
Manual data migration
Spreadsheet templates, hand-mapped columns, load-fail-fix cycles. Your cleanest data still arrives dirty.
UAT cycle after UAT cycle
Test scripts, defect logs, sign-off meetings — repeated every time a config change breaks something upstream.
Cost overruns
Enterprise rollouts commonly run 6–18 months, with consulting and integration costs that often rival the software itself.
Change requests forever
Go-live isn't the end. Every new report, field or rule afterwards means another statement of work and another wait.
The result: months pass before you see one live number — and by then, half the config reflects how your business used to work.
Six steps. The AI does the work — you approve it.
Implementation isn't a project you staff. It's a conversation you have with the platform.
Tell it about your business
Describe how you work — in chat, in your words. Your clients, how you bill, how approvals should flow, who does what. No workshop, no questionnaire marathon.

It proposes an industry-fit configuration — chart of accounts, approval chains, roles, document numbering, pipelines — and explains every choice. You review, adjust and approve before anything is applied.

Drop in your exports — thousands of rows. The AI validates and cleanses them, auto-maps your columns to BrioSync fields, flags what's broken and proposes the fixes. You confirm the load; every row is audited.

Instead of handing your team test scripts, the AI runs transactions through your configuration — requisitions through approvals, journals through the ledger — verifies the results, and fixes what doesn't line up.
AI: test & fix · You: sign offGo live in days
Your team signs in with their work email and starts transacting — live books, live margin, live tickets. And when something needs to change next month, you tell the agent. No change request. No consultant.
Live · and it keeps adaptingYour history doesn't start over.
The AI shifts it, live.
LiveShift AI is the agent-run engine inside every BrioSync implementation: it reads whatever your old system can export — Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, Sage, or plain CSV/Excel — cleanses it, maps it, loads it, and then proves the numbers tie. You approve each step; the AI does the labour.
Migration you can audit, not just hope about.
Legacy rollouts hand you a spreadsheet template and make your team do the migration. AI-native accounting rivals do it for you — but only for the books. LiveShift AI is built for the whole company, with the trust mechanics spelled out:
They migrate your books.
General ledger, sub-ledgers, attachments — genuinely impressive, and it stops at finance. Your tickets, projects, timesheets, pipeline, people and purchase orders stay behind in five other tools.
The AI migrates your business.
Finance history and the operational record — customers, suppliers, projects, tickets, timesheets, deals, people — into one tenant, mapped by the agent, approved by you, proven by the tie-out.
Assistant, not autopilot.
Fast doesn't mean reckless. The AI never configures, loads or changes anything on its own authority — it proposes, you approve. That boundary is built into the platform, not into a policy document.
Three ways to get an ERP live.
Consultant-led suites give you depth at enormous cost. AI-native finance tools give you speed in one department. BrioSync gives you both — across the whole business.
| Legacy consultant-led ERP | AI-native finance tools | BrioSync | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Typical timeline | Enterprise rollouts commonly run 6–18 months | Weeks — but for finance only | Days to first live transactions |
| Who does the work | An implementation partner and consulting team | Your finance team, with vendor onboarding | The AI does the work; you review & approve |
| Data migration | Manual templates, hand-mapped loads, fix cycles | CSV imports, finance data only | AI import: validate, cleanse, auto-map columns, fix errors — thousands of rows |
| Testing | Scripted UAT cycles run by your staff over weeks | You check the numbers yourself | AI runs test transactions against your config and auto-fixes mismatches |
| Cost structure | Licences plus services fees that often rival the software itself | Subscription — but scoped to finance, everything else stays stitched | Implementation included in your module × user quote |
| Post-go-live changes | Change requests, statements of work, consultant hours | Fast within finance; other systems unchanged | Tell the agent — by chat or voice — and approve the change |
Timelines and cost patterns for other approaches reflect general industry experience; they vary by scope and vendor.
Fair questions, straight answers.
Is my data safe during migration?
Yes. Imports run inside your own tenant, which is isolated at the database level — every record carries your company's tag and the rules engine enforces it, so no cross-tenant reads are possible. The AI validates and cleanses data before anything is loaded, every load is audited, and nothing is written without your review. BrioSync runs on Google Cloud/Firebase infrastructure, whose platform is certified to ISO 27001 and SOC 1/2/3 (those certifications belong to Google Cloud; BrioSync is not separately certified yet — see our security page).
What if the AI gets my config wrong?
It can't get it wrong silently. Every proposal — blueprint, column mapping, approval rule — is shown to you with its reasoning before it's applied, and higher-risk changes are gated behind explicit confirmation. Everything is audited with undo. And if you spot something after go-live, you don't file a ticket: you tell the agent what to change, review its proposal, and approve.
Do I need consultants at all?
For most services businesses, no. The discovery, configuration, migration and testing a consulting team would normally bill for is what the AI does — with you as the reviewer and approver. Our team is available if you want a human alongside for a complex rollout, but there's no mandatory implementation engagement and no services quota to burn down.
What does implementation cost?
It's included. BrioSync is quoted per module and per user for your business — AI implementation, data migration and AI-run testing come with the platform, not as a separate services bill. Book a demo and we'll quote it with the modules you actually need.
