A chatbot on a 30-year-old core
Assistants bolted onto suites designed long before agents. They answer questions about screens you still have to operate — and every real change still goes through consultants and change requests.
Meet Brio — one AI agent wired into all 12 suites, 100+ modules: finance, EPM, procurement, delivery, service desk, CRM, HR, risk and platform. It raises the PR, posts the update, moves the deal and builds the dashboard — by chat or voice. It proposes, you confirm, it runs. Every action role-scoped and audited.

Assistants bolted onto suites designed long before agents. They answer questions about screens you still have to operate — and every real change still goes through consultants and change requests.
The new AI accounting platforms rebuilt one slice brilliantly: the GL. Delivery, procurement, service, CRM and HR still live in other tools, stitched together with integrations the AI can't see across.
BrioSync was built AI-native from the first line of code — one system of record, one agent over all of it. A requisition-to-journal flow is one audited conversation, not an integration project.
Not suggestions — actions. Brio creates and updates across every module with a propose→confirm card on every write: you see exactly what will happen before it does.
Tap the mic and say it out loud. The same agent — same permissions, same propose→confirm safety — listens, acts, and reads the result back. Hands-free mode for when you're moving.
Attach a supplier quote, an invoice, a screenshot or a handwritten list — Brio reads it and drafts the record for you. Multimodal intake turns paper into process.
Beyond language models — real predictive intelligence trained on your own operational data, surfaced right on your dashboards and enforced in your workflows.
No report-builder training, no BI backlog. Describe what you want to see — Brio builds it, private to you, from your live data. Export anything as Excel or PDF.
The most expensive part of any ERP is the consultant army that installs it. BrioSync's AI runs discovery, drafts your configuration, migrates your data with LiveShift AI — the agent-run migration engine — and tests the result. You review and approve. See LiveShift AI in action →
The same Brio, the same chat, the same audit trail — across all 12 suites.
Enterprise AI fails on trust, not capability. BrioSync's agent is safe by construction — not by promise.
Every write is shown to you first — the exact record, the exact change — and only runs when you confirm. In chat and in voice.
The agent inherits your RBAC. Employees see their own work, managers their team, admins the company — it can never reach past that.
Every AI action is logged to an immutable trail — who asked, what ran, what changed — and reversible with one-click undo.
Admins govern every AI feature from one screen: per-feature toggles, usage limits, autonomy settings, and a master kill-switch.
Journals, tickets, customers, salaries — none of it trains BrioSync's AI or any third-party model. Contractual with our provider, Anthropic.
A risk registry classifies every action. Low-risk steps can run in bounded, audited autonomous flows; sensitive ones always stop for a human.

On the roadmapBrioSync's AI is powered by Anthropic's Claude models, bound by data processing terms that prohibit training on customer data. Enterprise customers can request routing AI through their own provider or key.
No. Every write follows propose→confirm — the agent shows you exactly what it will do and only runs when you confirm. Every action is role-scoped, logged to an immutable audit trail, and reversible with undo. Bounded autonomous flows exist only for actions your admin has explicitly classified as low-risk, and even those are fully audited.
AI Assist (summaries, drafted replies, suggestions) is part of every BrioSync edition. The AI agent, voice, predictive AI and AI-led implementation come with Professional and Enterprise — usage allowances are scoped with your quote. See how pricing works →
Yes. The AI control center (Settings → AI & Automation) has a master kill-switch that disables every AI feature across the workspace, plus per-feature toggles so you can enable exactly what you want.
Default: US data centers of our AI provider. Enterprise customers can discuss regional routing options during evaluation.
