Common questions about BrioSync AI.
Which AI provider do you use?
BrioSync's AI is powered by Anthropic's Claude models, bound by data processing terms that prohibit training on customer data. Enterprise customers can request routing AI through their own provider or key.
Can the AI change my data without permission?
No. Every write follows propose→confirm — the agent shows you exactly what it will do and only runs when you confirm. Every action is role-scoped, logged to an immutable audit trail, and reversible with undo. Bounded autonomous flows exist only for actions your admin has explicitly classified as low-risk, and even those are fully audited.
Is AI included in every edition?
AI Assist (summaries, drafted replies, suggestions) is part of every BrioSync edition. The AI agent, voice, predictive AI and AI-led implementation come with Professional and Enterprise — usage allowances are scoped with your quote. See how pricing works →
Can I disable AI entirely for my workspace?
Yes. The AI control center (Settings → AI & Automation) has a master kill-switch that disables every AI feature across the workspace, plus per-feature toggles so you can enable exactly what you want.
Where is AI processing done geographically?
Default: US data centers of our AI provider. Enterprise customers can discuss regional routing options during evaluation.
