U
Why is the Acme Corp project leaking margin this week?
BS
Acme Corp is on track to exceed the approved 60h budget by ~12 hours. Two senior engineers logged 18h on TKT-905 (mobile crash investigation) — that ticket was estimated at 4h. James Carter is at 136% utilization, which suggests overflow into next week. Recommend: re-estimate TKT-905, reassign 2 lower-priority tickets off Arjun, and notify the Acme PM.

How we think about AI

Practical, private, and always under your control.

AI in BrioSync is built around four hard principles. No surprises, no dark patterns, no training on your data.

🔐Your data never trains public models

Tickets, projects, time logs, KB articles, customer info — none of it is used to train BrioSync's AI models or any third-party model. Confidentiality is contractual with our AI providers.

👤Humans approve everything that goes out

AI drafts replies. AI proposes estimates. AI suggests assignments. Nothing AI generates is sent to a client, billed to a customer, or modifies critical data without a human in the loop.

🎚️Per-feature opt-in, per-workspace

Don't want AI summaries? Turn them off. Want them for tickets but not for time logs? Granular. Per-workspace AI controls so each company decides exactly what's on.

📜Transparent about confidence

When AI predicts margin slippage or proposes an estimate, you see why — which data points led to the suggestion. You're never asked to trust an opaque output.

AI FAQ

Common questions about AI in BrioSync.

Which AI provider do you use?

BrioSync uses a combination of providers — OpenAI for general language tasks and Anthropic Claude for reasoning-heavy work. All providers are bound by data processing agreements that prohibit training on customer data. Enterprise customers can choose to route AI through their own provider on request.

Is AI included in every plan?

Basic AI features (ticket summary, KB search, drafted replies) are included on Pro and above. Advanced AI (margin prediction, capacity forecasting, NL reports) is bundled into Pro. Enterprise plans include custom AI fine-tuning options and higher usage allowances.

Can I disable AI entirely for my workspace?

Yes. There's a workspace-level toggle in Admin → AI Settings that disables every AI feature across the workspace. You can also disable individual AI features without disabling others.

Where is AI processing done geographically?

Default: US-East data centers of our AI providers. EU customers on Enterprise can request EU-only processing. APAC processing is on the roadmap for Q4 2026.
