What's the difference between the Free plan and the trial?
The Free plan is forever — up to 3 internal users, 1 active project, 1 customer, 5 portal users. No credit card, no time limit. Perfect for trying BrioSync on a single real project. The 14-day trial gives you full Pro access (margin tracking, AI, unlimited projects, etc.) for 2 weeks. After the trial, you choose: stay on Free, upgrade to Starter / Pro, or pause.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 14-day free trial on Pro, no credit card needed. You get full access to every Pro feature for two weeks. After the trial, the workspace stays on the plan you choose (or pause / cancel anytime).
Do you charge for clients or contractors who only access the portal?
Customer-portal users (your clients raising tickets) are free, unlimited. You only pay for your internal team — full-timers, freelancers, agents — anyone who delivers work. Contractors who only log time on tickets count as one paid seat each.
Can I switch plans later?
Anytime. Upgrade and the new features unlock immediately, billed pro-rata. Downgrade and you keep current features until the end of the billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit / debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and bank transfer for annual Enterprise contracts. Invoicing supported on annual plans of any tier.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee on Starter or Pro. Enterprise includes optional paid migration assistance if you're moving from Worklenz, Asana, Freshservice or Jira Service Management.
Is my data secure and isolated?
Yes. BrioSync is multi-tenant with database-level isolation enforced by security rules — every document is tagged with your company ID and other companies on the platform literally cannot read or write your data. Full audit log on every plan. SOC 2-style controls on Enterprise.
What happens if I cancel?
Your workspace becomes read-only for 30 days so you can export everything (CSV / JSON). After 30 days the data is deleted permanently. No lock-in.
Do you offer annual discounts?
Yes — 2 months free when you pay annually on Pro. Enterprise is annual-only with volume discount tiers.
