Monthly re-prioritisation — every first Monday we run the votes, weigh them by demand + impact, and the roadmap rearranges.
Personal acknowledgement — when something you voted for lands on Now/Next or ships, we email you first.
Custom ideas welcome — pitch a feature that's not on the list. The "why this matters" is what wins votes, not the feature category.
